Frank was born on November 7,1948 in Los Angeles, Ca to Frank R. Martinez. He lived his entire life in Watts, Ca. On December 13,1969, he married Theresa and out of that live they had 3 daughters, Anna, Lizzy and Francis. He worked hard for over 45 years as a forklift mechanic and coached a variety of sports where he became “Coach Frank” to a lot of his boys. After retirement he got to spend time with his 7 grandkids and as the years went by his great grandkids started coming along. They all meant the world to him. At the time of his passing, he was surrounded by his family .
